Private 1½-2 hour “Career Review” Session—resulting in a detailed summary of:
  1. What’s Working: about you, your “essence,” how you’re approaching your transition, your methods, etc. (It’s important to see what IS working before focusing on what is not)
  2. What Needs Attention: your “blind spots,” where you aren’t seeing the forest for the trees
  3. Next Steps to Get Where You Want to Go: the actions to get the results you want

6 One-On-One Program Sessions (2-3 hours each)—conducted at your pace encompassing these 3 comprehensive areas:

Detailed Assessment/Career Inventory: mining your past for the Gold that will buy your future, assessing your unique pattern of success that you bring to everything you touch, naming your “personal brand” that distinquishes you from everyone else. (An incredibly uplifting and critical phase, especially for those who have had their self-esteem trounced by a layoff or extended job search process)
  2. Packaging: building your “personal brand” into your marketing materials/resume and your spoken presentation (your “verbal resume” or elevator pitch)
  3. Backdoor Transition Training: how to generate relationships and opportunities out of mid-air through a proven process of “career tribe” development (creating the introductions, letters, meetings, affiliations, and friendships to open the unadvertised/backdoor job market)
